We offer a set schedule of high energy, functional movement based circuit and conditioning classes to provide the spark that you need to ignite your fitness journey. Our special blend of mobility exercises, core work, resistance training, cardio intervals, and metabolic finishers will send your endorphins into overdrive and your waistline into submission. No two sessions are ever alike, and we take you both inside and outside of the facility to continuously mix it up. This is as close as you can get to a premium personal training experience in a supportive, group setting. Our monthly contests and fitness challenges will also help keep your motivation on track with an extra level of accountability. Still need more? These classes are also a great way to prepare for and to get involved in our local and global destination experiences – everyone is a part of the Basecamp Fitness community!
Our professional team of training coaches also work to ensure that if a movement pattern in the class is not safe for you, then you are given something that is. We take it to that level- we strive to understand the needs, the injuries, and the goals of everyone of our group fitness customers so that they have a category of one type experience every time they walk through our doors.
